January '08 Block Lotto

The January '08 block lotto on the about.com forum is string pieced blocks - 6" finished size. I had my scraps out already working on another set of string-pieced blocks, so before I put them away, I decided to make 4 pairs of light and dark string-pieced blocks for the lotto. I've never tried making blocks of all darks or all lights before, but like the effect. I think I'll make more of these, but hope to win some!
