Pillowcase Test for Shelley

Finally got around to testing Shelley's directions for making a pillowcase tonight - she asked for testers on the about.com forum to see if her directions were understandable for all skill levels. I only had one problem - and that was my own misread of whether to sew right or wrong sides together in one step of the pattern. The end result is a lovely, elegantly finished pillowcase with french seams on the inside, a topstitched band - I really like the way it turned out and will use the pattern again. This one will go in my Christmas package to the elder I sponsor on the Pine Ridge Reservation.
