Sadie Jeanne Sani Irvin

Sadie Jeanne is the new daughter of my friends, Erin and Kevin. They adopted this beautiful little girl on June 4th, and I got to go over on Friday night to meet her. Took my camera along, but Erin took all the pictures with it, so I don't have one of her with Sadie - but the proud new father is in the second picture with me and Sadie. She is adorable - and a really good baby. They're very lucky. She smiles and laughs a lot, and she sleeps easily and long! They may not fully know how lucky they are on that score. Erin said she puts her down and within 5 minutes she's asleep - for about 11 hours a night, plus one long and several short naps during the day. Got to get busy on the welcome quilt!
