Progress on Casa Estancia

 Just got back to Phoenix from another trip to Estancia and wanted to post some pictures of the progress.  The back splash is installed - and it's now also grouted, but I didn't have my camera with me to document that bit of progress.  Hardwood is installed and they're working on the transitions between tile and hardwood throughout the house.  Then base boards need to be installed, toilets reset and some clean up done.  These pictures all document the construction debris, but hopefully that will soon be dealt with.  Yippee!
